Interested in what are the graduates of Scream School professionally? Does it make sense to hire them?

Hire someone who has the necessary professional qualities, and not the crusts of a graduate of something.
  • This is an obvious solution, but the question is different.Does anyone have experience recruiting graduates? How did graduates show themselves and etc.? – Sleepy Starling Aug 24 '19 at 13:44
  • [[Deoprad]], in this wording, the question violates the rules, which means it will most likely be deleted. – Ashamed Anteater Aug 24 '19 at 13:49
It’s not easy to study there(I didn’t go because I cannot combine study there and work) and finish it too, so if a person graduated from it, it’s already good. Our students there were quite pros, although they weren’t bad even before that.So 100 % nobody will give you(test a person) but the chance that this is not a dummy is great.
Several applicants for the position of Motion/3D designers from this school, courses or what it is have been announced to me.I refused at the initial stage. All refused
  • And what was the reason for this decision? – Sleepy Starling Aug 24 '19 at 15:21
  • [[Deoprad]], they showed up, I asked to show their best works - they showed, I asked again: “are these your best works?” - they answered: “Yes, the best.” I sent them, adding that these works do not correspond necessary requirements.

Here is such a story.Perhaps I am so lucky, but they were complete degenerates in the corresponding professional field.Maybe there are normal ones, I don’t know. Then I took self-taught
